Customer testimonial & interview video production.
Help people hear why your business matters from the people who know it. We plan, film, and edit customer testimonials and interviews around the story your audience needs to understand.
Phoenix, Arizona · Serving clients across North America

Start with what your audience needs to hear.
A useful testimonial answers real questions. What was the customer facing? Why did they choose you? What changed? We help shape the interview around the audience, intended use, and decisions the video should support.
That can mean a customer story for your sales team, an executive interview for your website, an employee perspective, or a series of short clips from a longer conversation.
On-camera coaching is part of the process.
Your customer or spokesperson does not need to be an experienced presenter. We guide the conversation, help people feel more comfortable, and pay attention to the details of the setting, lighting, and sound.
We can support the project from strategy and interview planning through filming and complete post-production. If you already have a creative team or editor, we can also provide production-only support.
Plan the deliverables before the interview.
- A primary testimonial or customer-story video.
- Shorter edits for social media or sales follow-up.
- Horizontal and vertical versions where required.
- Relevant supporting footage of the people, place, product, or work.
- Photography or additional capture when included in the shoot plan.
We define the deliverables together before production. Multiple versions are planned and scoped, rather than assumed to be included in every project.
Make the handoff useful.
Tell us where the finished video will run: your website, a sales presentation, a live event, social media, or paid advertising. We can plan the framing, length, and supporting content around those uses.
Limited support with YouTube titles, descriptions, and thumbnails can also be discussed when it helps you put the content to work.
Photography belongs in the plan, too.
Portraits, campaign images, and supporting photography can help your team use the story across a website, sales material, and social channels. Photography can be a focused assignment or planned alongside the video shoot, with the deliverables agreed in advance.

Before the shoot
Questions about planning your project.
Scope, capture, and delivery—clear before production starts.
Can you help someone who is uncomfortable on camera?
Yes. On-camera coaching is included with our video work. We guide the conversation and help the person communicate naturally.
Can you film customer interviews without doing the editing?
Yes. Production-only capture can be scoped for your internal team or agency. We agree on footage, technical specifications, and the handoff before filming.
Can one interview become several videos?
It can. We plan the questions and capture around the intended main video, shorter cuts, and formats. The number of edits is agreed in the scope.
Do you travel to our customer?
We are based in Phoenix and serve clients across North America. Travel, crew requirements, and any location needs are included in the project discussion.
What affects the estimate?
The number of interviewees and locations, crew and equipment needs, travel, supporting footage, and the number and complexity of finished edits all affect the scope.
Can we book photography without video?
Yes. Photography can be a focused assignment, or planned alongside video. We agree on the capture requirements, crew, and photo deliverables before the shoot.
