Plan the capture. Own the shoot. Deliver the footage.

Filming support without requiring a full edit package.

Production-only means our role is focused on capturing the footage your team needs. You can bring the brief, interview questions, reference material, and technical requirements. We work through the plan together before shoot day.

This can include interviews, customer stories, events, supporting footage, and photography when it is part of the agreed scope.

Take care of the details before the crew arrives.

  • The purpose of the shoot and the footage your editor needs.
  • Locations, schedules, access, and who needs to appear on camera.
  • Crew, camera, lighting, and sound requirements.
  • Horizontal and vertical capture needs.
  • Photography needs and any competing moments in the schedule.
  • File specifications, organization, and the footage transfer plan.

We define the crew and equipment around the actual production. Share your requirements early so the estimate reflects the support you need.

Remote clients need clear communication.

We regularly work with clients who are not local to the shoot. Our approach emphasizes responsive communication, proactive ideas, ownership, and flexibility as circumstances change.

On-camera coaching can still be part of an interview shoot. The goal is to hand your team useful footage while making the production easier to manage.

A handoff your editing team can plan around.

We agree on what will be delivered, how it will be transferred, and the timing as part of the project. If your team has specific requirements, include them in the brief so we can plan the capture and delivery accordingly.

ServiceTitan customer-workshop production is one example: our role included video capture and, at one event, photography, while the client's team could use the material to create multiple video assets.

Photography is a service, too.

We provide photography as a focused assignment or alongside video production. Tell us which event, portrait, product, campaign, or field images you need so the crew and capture plan reflect the actual assignment.

Questions about planning your project.

Scope, capture, and delivery—clear before production starts.

Can you work with our agency or internal editor?

Yes. Production-only support is intended for teams that need filming without a mandatory editing package. We agree on your brief and handoff requirements before the shoot.

Can you provide lighting and sound with the camera crew?

We scope the crew and equipment around the project, including the lighting and sound needed for the agreed capture. Tell us about any specific requirements before the estimate.

Can you capture vertical and horizontal material?

Yes. We plan for the intended formats, compositions, and camera coverage rather than assuming every horizontal shot will work as a vertical crop.

Do you provide the raw video?

Raw video can be the agreed production-only deliverable. File specifications, transfer, and any additional assets are defined in the scope before filming.

Can you travel outside Phoenix?

Yes. We are Phoenix-based and serve clients across North America. Travel, schedule, and production requirements are scoped for the location.

How do we book the crew?

Send the shoot date, location, brief, schedule, and technical requirements through the inquiry form. We will discuss the scope and availability before confirming the production.

Can we book photography without video?

Yes. Photography can be a focused assignment, or planned alongside video. We agree on the capture requirements, crew, and photo deliverables before the shoot.

Let’s talk about what you need.

Bring an idea, a brief, or a challenge. We’ll start with a conversation.
