Conference & corporate event video production.
Event video and photography should do more than document the day. Plan interviews, supporting footage, event stories, and edited photographs around how your team will use the content after people leave.

Capture more than the room.
We work with you to identify the people, conversations, demonstrations, and moments worth capturing. The plan starts with the event schedule and what you want the content to do afterward.
A customer event can be an opportunity for interviews, social clips, a recap, useful supporting footage, and photography. We help prioritize the capture around the people and time available.
Choose the support you need.
- Event and conference coverage.
- Customer, employee, or speaker interviews.
- Supporting footage of the venue, demonstrations, and activity.
- Event recap edits and short-form versions when included in the scope.
- Event photography with an appropriate crew and capture plan.
- Production-only footage for your own editing team.
We agree on the coverage, crew, deliverables, and handoff before the event. Photography, interviews, and coverage that happen at the same time need to be planned accordingly.
Content for the event itself, too.
There is a difference between filming an event and producing video to play during it. We also create content used on live-event screens. If you need both, we can discuss the screen content separately from the event coverage.
Share the intended playback setting, event date, and delivery requirements early so the production and review process can be planned around them.
Build around the real schedule.
Events change. Our approach emphasizes communication, ownership, and flexibility, with a plan for the coverage that matters most.
For ServiceTitan customer-event work, our role included production-only video capture, plus photography at one of two events. The linked project shows public videos created from that work and the photography package.
Event photography, with or without video.
We also provide event photography as a focused assignment. For combined video and photography coverage, we plan the staffing and schedule around the moments that need both. The photography deliverables are agreed in the scope.

Questions about planning your project.
Scope, capture, and delivery—clear before production starts.
Can you capture interviews during the event?
Yes. Interview capture can be planned alongside the event. We discuss a suitable location, available people, timing, and the crew needed to avoid conflicting coverage.
Can you provide both photography and video?
Yes, when included in the scope. We plan the staffing around the schedule, especially when important photo and video moments overlap.
Can our team edit the footage?
Yes. We offer production-only capture and agree on technical specifications, organization, and transfer before the event.
Do you make videos to play on event screens?
Yes. Pre-produced event-screen content is a separate need from documenting the event. We discuss the message, screen requirements, deadline, and approvals early.
What do you need to prepare an estimate?
Share the dates and location, event schedule, must-capture moments, interview needs, photography needs, and intended finished deliverables. Travel and access requirements are part of the discussion.
Can we book photography without video?
Yes. Photography can be a focused assignment, or planned alongside video. We agree on the capture requirements, crew, and photo deliverables before the shoot.
